Returning Undamaged goods:
If you wish to return your gift box and none of the contents are damaged or faulty, you must do this within 14 days of delivery and the return will be at your own cost. You must return the box and all of the unopened and unused contents as a complete package, we cannot refund individual items from the gift boxes. Please contact us on: email@example.com if you wish to return your item.
Returning damaged goods:
If some or all of the tubes in a gift pack are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you, you should notify us as soon as possible. (Please note that when your parcel was originally delivered, by signing, you are accepting that your parcel was complete and undamaged upon delivery).
If your parcel is damaged please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the damaged parcel from you. Please ensure that any wines/spirits collected by our carrier are in their original box and packaging to avoid further breakages, where possible.
